NOVELTIS is looking for a Sales & Marketing Engineer (M/F) to support and reinforce its growth strategy on a European and global scale.
Missions :
In collaboration with the General Management and the Sales & Marketing Manager, your goal will consist in ensuring that NOVELTIS is well positioned on the target markets and in boosting the sale of its products and services.
In this context you will aim at:
- Increasing the sales figure and the profit margin of the company
- Fine-tuning the positioning of NOVELTIS on the target markets
- Creating marketing tools to promote the products and services of the company
- Developing e-commerce
- Piloting the valuation and monitoring of the business in collaboration with the internal pool of talent
- Identifying and enhancing development opportunities through e-business, social selling, digital communication and cross-border hunting, including by participating in events and fairs
- Lobbying with clusters
- Reporting
Profile:
You hold a master’s degree from a leading business school (HEC, ESSEC, etc.) and/or engineering school, and you have at least 2 years of successful experience in a similar position.
A perfect command of English is necessary to fulfil your missions and enhance the positioning of the company at European and global level. The position is based in our headquarter office in Labège, but you will have to make frequent business travels abroad.

You know how to value your offers and you have a good command of communication and digital marketing levers. You carry out a solid business strategy, which is based on a budget balance perspective. Comfortable both in oral and written communications, you are able to manage multidisciplinary projects, to work as a team and to organise your work by weighing short and middle terms.
